Terms of Service
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms describe VPS services offered by INGEN Cloud (“we” or “us”) to the customer (“you”). The terms shown at checkout and accepted with an order govern that order.
1. Provider and acceptance
Provider: INGEN Cloud, 1317 Edgewater Dr #2117, Orlando, FL 32804. Contact: support@ingencloud.io. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout and to the Acceptable Use Policy. You must provide accurate account and billing information and be authorized to place the order.
2. Services and orders
Your order and the plan description identify the VPS resources, price, and billing period. Provisioning is subject to payment, availability, and verification needed to prevent fraud or abuse. You manage the software and data inside your VPS unless an order expressly includes a managed service. We may decline an order or contact you for additional information before provisioning.
3. Billing and cancellation
Prices are in U.S. dollars. VPS plans are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout; applicable taxes and any one-time charges are displayed before payment. The portal shows the payment methods accepted for an order. A recurring service renews for the same billing period at the then-disclosed price unless you cancel before the next renewal. You may cancel in the client portal or by contacting support@ingencloud.io. Cancellation prevents future renewals and ordinarily leaves the service available through the paid period, unless you request earlier termination or the service is suspended under these terms. Back up your data before the paid period ends; access and stored data may be removed after termination. If a payment fails, we may notify you and suspend or terminate the service if the balance remains unpaid.
4. Refund requests
Send refund requests to support@ingencloud.io with your account and order details. We review requests case by case, considering the service provided, the reason for the request, and applicable law. Cancellation or unused time does not automatically create a refund. We will explain the decision through the support channel. This section does not limit any refund right that applicable law requires.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your hosted content, operating system, applications, credentials, and backups, and for activity through your account or VPS. Keep software current, secure access, and use the service lawfully. You must not harm our systems, networks, other customers, or third parties. Report a suspected compromise promptly to support@ingencloud.io.
6. Availability, support, and changes
The Service Level Agreement describes the service scope. It offers no numeric uptime guarantee or automatic service credit. We may perform maintenance or respond to incidents and will give advance notice when practicable. We may change services or these terms prospectively, with notice through the portal or account email when the change materially affects an active service. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law protects.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Internet and virtual server services can be interrupted. You should maintain your own backups and recovery plan. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to applicable consumer protections and mandatory law. Disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Florida unless applicable law requires another forum. Questions and formal notices may be sent to INGEN Cloud at 1317 Edgewater Dr #2117, Orlando, FL 32804 or support@ingencloud.io. We may send service notices to the email address on your account.
